Locking Rails

Support your rope locks with tried-and-tested locking rails. The locking rail can be located at the stage level, on a gallery/catwalk above the stage, or both.  Either option can support up to 500 lb (226.8kg) of uplift per foot (RWL*) and offers no only a sturdy location to mount rope locks, but also can be used as a tie-off when working with out-of-balance sets.

J-Guide/T-Bar Locking Rail – The J-Guide/T-Bar Locking Rail is utilized to support rope locks as well as the index cards used to identify sets. Available for single purchase and double purchase sets.

Gallery Mounted Locking Rail - The Gallery Mounted Locking Rail mounts to the edge of a counterweight pit or gallery and supports rope locks as well as the index cards used to identify sets.

Wire Guide Locking Rail – The Wire Guide Locking Rails mount to the stage floor and support the rope locks and index cards used to identify sets. Two angles are provided to support wire guide floor blocks.

*RWL: RWL is maximum load that can be applied to a block which is in “like new” condition and has been properly installed, maintained, and operated.
