Rope Locks

Prevent rigging runaways with J.R. Clancy rope locks. Our rope locks are designed to operate quietly so your performance can proceed without distraction. Choose our EuroLock for less wear and tear and stress on ropes or our load-sensing SureLock® for new projects or as an upgrade to existing rigging systems. 

SureLock® Rope Lock - SureLock® Rope Locks contains a built in out-of-balance indicator and lock out mechanism if the set is too out of balance to safely operate. One of the SureLock safety features is it will not open if the set is more than 50 lb (22.7 kg) out of balance.

EuroLock Rope Lock– With a press-to-release mechanical lock and no rope lock ring, the EuroLock Rope Lock is designed for less wear and stress on ropes and locking locations. This rope lock can hold an imbalance of 50 lb (22.7 kg) and is pad-lock compatible for safe lock-out.

Rope Lock – Use Rope Locks to improve the balance of your line sets safely and prevent runaways. Rope Locks are designed to hold an imbalance of 50 lb (22.7 kg).
