Overview

Our durable, custom-designed STRATA® Orchestra Pit Filler is the standard. It provides incredibly strong support and frees up an amazing amount of space below, all thanks to our innovative column-beam design. It installs quickly and easily with just a small crew. Our acoustically dampened decks fit flawlessly to your existing stage to create an integrated surface that is extremely quiet.

  • Deck corners are constructed of glass-filled nylon to help eliminate sharp edges
  • Deck surface options: natural or painted tempered hardboard, and tongue and groove wood flooring
  • Simple deck-to-stage connections
  • Leveling feet on all columns
  • Basic system meets a uniform vertical load of 150 psf (732 kg/per sq meter)
  • System can meet building code standards of L/360
  • Point Load Rating (will not leave a permanent deck surface marking):
    • – 1” (25 mm) diameter disk = 500 lb (227 kg)
    • – 2” (51 mm) diameter x 2” wide (51 x 51 mm) rubber wheel = 1000 lb (454 kg)
    • – 3” (76 mm) diameter disk = 1000 lb (454 kg)
    • – 4” (102 mm) diameter x 1” wide (102 x 25 mm) rubber wheel = 500 lb (227 kg)
  • Meets side load criteria of states with seismic loading requirements
